We provide mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services may include access to AI-powered features, content creation tools, and other functionalities as we may offer from time to time.

You agree to:

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Not use the Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
  • Not transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rooftop Moments UG and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display the content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

7. Purchases and Payments

If you purchase any services or features through our Services, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rooftop Moments UG and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our Services prior to the change becoming effective. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Munich, Germany.
